Oshel is the witch Sylvie had heard of on an earlier passage through the region, but she is no longer the witch of the mountain. She took Ygva as her apprentice, and it is Ygva who now keeps the Blessed Branch near the ruined mountainside shrine and watches over the community below. What became of Oshel herself is not yet recorded.
