Dean Therion Calanthe is an elf with a gaunt and thin appearance, characterized by tight skin and receding hair. He serves as the dean of the Celsian Compound.
During an encounter, he inquired about the party's intentions regarding Ygva, referring to her as "this witch." He appeared directly behind Heyou, who was invisible, and magically displaced him. In a tense audience, he questioned the party's identity and intentions, expressing a dismissive attitude toward expanding The Elect, stating that the chosen were fixed and that he would not accept the party as eternal companions.
Dean Therion initiated an attack by firing a bolt that struck Heyou and ricocheted to hit Sylvie. He created illusory duplicates of himself to evade attacks, teleported across the hall, and detonated a fireball, damaging both Jamal and Heyou. He was ultimately downed after being stabbed by Heyou as the ground beneath the Audience Hall began to rumble.
