Casper
Casper tol-Otheidas is a human noble and the great-grandson of the God-King Otheidas. He is present at the Celsian Compound during a critical audience with the dean and other notable figures.
Casper urges the commencement of their mission, coordinating his allies to act in sequence. He is introduced by Inola, who states that he is among The Elect and has come for a ritual intended to bring ascended elect to the World Above. He does not directly engage in combat but plays a pivotal role in enabling others to act.
